Released: 23/07/21 Darkside is the collaborative project of Nicolás Jaar and Dave Harrington, formed in 2011 in Providence, Rhode Island. Initially a side project while touring Jaa r’s Space Is Only Noise, the duo released their self-titled EP in 2012, followed by the critically acclaimed debut album Psychic in 2013. After a hiatus, they reunited in 2018 in rural New Jersey, where much of their second album Spiral began. Described by the duo as a jam-based, intuitive outlet, Darkside is a space where they explore ideas neither would pursue alone—"a third being" that emerges when they play together. Show more
