With his wide and confident strut, Darnell redefines the pecking order of style in New York’s urban jungle. “Pigeon is such a dirty word, darling”, he’ll coo as he insists his colleagues refer to him by his correct title: a Rock Dove. By day, Darnell is a dapper doorman at a swanky New York apartment block, effortlessly managing elevator buttons and fluttering his feathers to greet high-flyer residents. By night, Darnell can be found switching his tailored uniform for an equally tailored suit, perching himself in the city’s most elegant jazz bars and sipping Martinis with an air of avian sophistication that only he can pull off.
