After picking copious amounts to dry out and then test in the stills, we knew we wanted to create a light, floral, citrus flavoured gin in the London Dry Style which honours our distillers past. Bottled at 40% ABV, this London Dry Gin has a long and dry finish and is perfect for a G&T.
