The Chauvet Data Stream 4 is a popular, basic DMX splitter. From the Manufacturer: The Data Stream 4 is a universal DMX-512 optical splitter designed to distribute the incoming DMX signal, in daisy chain configurations, into four separate outputs with an additional “thru” port. From the GEAR Pro's: These are not bad. We generally recommend the ENTTEC D-Split has our favorite "cheap" DMX splitter, but these are not bad when you want a rackmount solution. Sometimes people have issues with the connectors on these, usually out of the box. Keep in mind that even though you see a 3-pin and 5-pin on each output, you choose ONE of them, you can't use both at the same time. Being a cheaper splitter, they also use a IEC cable for power, which can wiggle loose inside of racks.
