Micro-Batch/Seasonal sauce made with ingredients we grow locally and poured into bottles we painted ourselves! Ingredients: yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onions, garlic, datil pepper mash, spices, salt, organic xanthan gum Pepper Focus: Orange Datil Mash Usage Recommendations: We like to toss it on our bacon-wrapped jalapenos, or shotgun shells towards the end of a session on the smoker, but you can just as easily go on and plop it on a sandwich or on a sausage focused breakfast of your choosin' and be happier than a hog in mud on a hot summer day.
