David Flores’ Sidra comes from Finca La Neblina in Cajamarca, northern Peru. High elevation and cool, mist-heavy conditions slow cherry development, building density and clarity. T his is a small nano-lot, separated with a focus on precision. Fully washed, with careful picking, fermentation, and controlled drying to keep the profile clean and structured.
