This publication documents David Thomas: Moving Times, an exhibition of paintings and photopaintings at Block Projects, Melbourne (October – November, 2020). It includes large paintings, primarily monochromatic in nature, large scale photopaintings from the ongoing Impermanences Series, and smaller photopaintings from the Water/Wash Series. These are accompanied by commentaries by the artist on selected works in the exhibition.
