Some recipes you never get tired of. This is one of them. Quiche Lorraine is a recipe Davide picked up back in chef school, and it's never once lost its shine. "I never get sick of making them, or eating them," Davide says, and it's easy to see why. Crisp, all-butter pastry holds a rich custard of egg, thickened cream and parmesan, studded with rindless bacon and a layer of tasty cheese. It's the kind of combination that works every single time, bacon and eggs in any shape, always a winner. Each quiche is handmade in small batches and freshly frozen, ready for the oven whenever you need it. Bake it straight from frozen and it's on the table in about ten minutes, on its own or with a simple side of fresh salad. No fuss, just a proper slice of something classic.Made with ❤️ by Davide
