Davidson Plums are a native Australian fruit endemic to the Northern Rivers Region of New South Wales. They have a super tart, mouth-puckeringly acidic plum flavour. When balanced out with the sweetness of a jam or sorbet they make for magnificently complex sweets and condiments. Davidson plum jam is by far our favourite with scones and cream but is also just fantastic on toast. Show more
