The Davis Instruments UV Sensor measures the sunburning portion of the UV spectrum, allowing you to monitor and display UV index, dose rate, and daily or accumulated UV dose. Its m ulti-layer filter is designed to match the Erythema Action Spectrum, while the integrated diffuser ensures accurate cosine response. Two-piece housing minimizes radiation heating and facilitates convection cooling to prevent heat buildup. Design prevents water and dust accumulation. Includes a built-in level for accurate installation and a 2 ft. (0.6M) cable. Compatible with Davis Vantage Pro and Vantage Pro2 weather stations.
