This program is perfect for the overhead athlete (baseball, softball, swimming, volleyball, etc) who is looking for a way to keep their shoulder, arm, and upper body as healthy as possible! The program includes video links, sets/reps, and is programmed to take you through 3-4 days per week. Our goal is to give you a structured way to approach your arm care. This program consists of 2 workout days that include strengthening and mobility principles for the upper body. There will also be a sample warm up and cool down that you can incorporate into your movement prep or post-performance recovery.
