We modified our headlight harness to have the factory fog light connection. The small pig tail wire coming off the driver's side relay harness connection will connect to the small red wire on your factory (97-01 only) harness. This fixes the problem of the high beams turning on but not shutting off. If you don't have factory fog lights, no problem just secure the pig tail with a little electrical tape and you're good to go.
