The Daytona TC is our modern interpretation of the classic café racer, built from our vegetable-tanned tea-core cowhide. Beneath the black finish lies a deep tobacco brown core, carefully selected to produce a rich, vintage-inspired patina as the jacket wears. Rather than wearing out, the leather wears in, gradually revealing the warm brown undertones beneath and developing character unique to its owner. The silhouette has been refined throughout. A subtly suppressed waist creates a cleaner, more tailored profile, while the redesigned rear panel layout widens the centre back panel for a broader, more athletic appearance. A reverse-curved kidney panel and subtle Western-inspired rear yoke add a heritage influence while maintaining the clean, understated lines of a traditional café racer. Mobility is engineered into the pattern through integrated action back gussets and ergonomically pre-curved sleeves, allowing the jacket to move naturally with the body from the first wear. French-seam sleeve construction enhances both durability and refinement, while the front zipper terminates slightly above the hem for improved comfort when seated. The front is anchored by a #10 Talon main zipper, complemented by vintage-style YKK chest pocket zippers and #7 Talon sleeve zippers. Angled handwarmer pockets are reinforced with triangular corner stitching for long-term durability, while dual underarm ventilation eyelets improve airflow without compromising the jacket’s clean aesthetic. A classic stand collar secures with a single snap, completing the café racer profile. Inside, the Daytona TC is fully lined in durable 100% cotton twill and features two interior storage pockets: one zippered security pocket and one open stash pocket for everyday essentials. Every pattern line, seam and hardware selection has been carefully considered to create a jacket that feels authentic from day one and only improves with age. Designed to develop decades of character rather than simply withstand them, the Daytona TC is built to become uniquely yours. Each jacket is designed in Toronto and built in our own dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We oversee every step — from pattern drafting to leather selection to final inspection. Every jacket is individually photographed, measured, and quality-checked before leaving the shop. We produce in small batches using full-grain leathers, custom hardware, and offer complimentary custom sizing on all builds.
