This is Step 2 of the Dazzle Dry 4-Step System + Revive. A base coat specifically formulated for natural nails to keep polish lasting longer. Not for use on acrylic or artificial n ails. Base Coat Apply two layers to each nail, allowing each coat to dry matte.
