The result can be read on the test cassette after only 5 minutes. The cut-off value is 10 mg/l and the reference line (R) indicates the intensity at 30 mg/l CRP. If the test line (T) is lighter than the reference line, the CRP concentration is between 10 mg/l and 30 mg/l, if the reference line is darker, the sample concentration is above 30 mg/l.
