Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers a wide range of resources that help clients improve the quality of their lives. DBT worksheets, in particular, can serve as tools that emp ower clients to take an active role in their treatment by learning and practicing new skills. The DBT Worksheets PDF Bundle includes a total of 91 worksheets that are carefully created to help clients practice the 5 DBT skills: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and walking the middle path. For example, our mindfulness skill category includes specific worksheets that allow them to practice the “Wise Mind” and “RAIN” techniques, among others. Findings from a study revealed that individuals who participate in DBT improve their ability to manage difficult situations — and these worksheets help with putting DBT skills into practice. When implementing DBT in a school setting, we recommend tailoring the worksheets based on a student’s unique needs. For example, clients who show emotional dysregulation and impulsivity may benefit from our DBT Cope Ahead Worksheet and Self-Soothe With 6 Senses Worksheets. These worksheets pair well with our 70-page DBT Handouts Bundle, which covers most of the main DBT concepts in a visually engaging format. *This item is an instant digital download.
