Exclusive Remedy: If a defect arises, Researched Elements Tech will, at its option, either (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (2) replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished model, or (3) refund the purchase price. If your laser stops working by no fault of your own (see exclusions below) we will cover the cost of repairs during the warranty period (We do not cover the costs for Shipping to and from our repair location). Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: Accidental damage (e.g., drops, liquid spills, or crushed screens). Damage from misuse, neglect, or use outside of the provided operating instructions.
