The Nano 22's low-profile shape sits perfectly on any kind of protection — wires, cam slings, bolt hangers, pitons — and takes up less gear loop space than a traditional carabiner while still fishing easily into cracks and chain links. The Photon Wire stays the lightest full-size carabiner on the market, so the rope end remains easy to clip even with gloved hands. Dyneema®'s low water absorption keeps the sling from stiffening up or adding weight in the wet, snowy, or mixed conditions typical of long alpine days.
