The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.1-A100-DS63-01-FW drive controller is a sophisticated device that utilizes D subminiature connectors or clamps for its signaling lines alongside an X3 connector which serves as an RS 232 interface for PC or VT-100 terminal connections. To ensure safety from unintentional startups, its power connection must be isolated via a starting lockout or emergency stop circuit. The drive controller comes integrated with a basic unit, firmware, and plugin modules, including a software module located in the U5 slot.
