The DDS02.1-A100-SK01-00 is a state-of-the-art drive controller, expertly designed and generated by Rexroth Indramat, a division of Bosch Rexroth. Primarily used for operating synchronous, linear, and frameless motors, it's an integral piece in many motion control systems, part of the DIAX04 drive system. Drawing 300V of DC power through the DC bus rail and consuming 100A of rated current consistently, the drive controller ensures optimal performance. It comes equipped with an efficient air cooling system and needs to be installed in an IP54 protected control cabinet, given its own protection category of IP10. The model features five configurable plug-in slots, with its firmware located in the U5 slot. This model operates best from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level and is compatible with an RS232 interface, consuming a maximum power of 500 mA when operating at +24VDC.
