The DDS02.1-A150-DS48-00-FW is a digital AC servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DDS Drive Controllers series. It is intended for installation in a multi-axis rack, where it operates matched servo motors and converts motion commands from a PLC into regulated armature current. In an automation system, the drive serves as the power and control interface between the supply module and the motor. This arrangement supports precise torque, speed, and position control on packaging, material handling, and machine-tool axes. It also allows a central control system to coordinate several drive axes within the same cabinet.At the power stage, the controller can deliver up to 150 A of continuous output, allowing it to run large servo motors without current derating.
