Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DDS02.1-W025-RS16-01 is a convection-cooled modular drive controller from the DDS range, designed for vertical mounting. It includes five slots for various modules, of which one is allotted for a software module and one for a SERCOS command and communication card. The software module stores drive firmware and operating parameters, enabling an easier transition to a replacement unit during system failure. The controller has a rated output of 25 Amps in conditions ranging from 0-45 degrees Celsius and at heights up to 1000 meters. While it can function up to 55 degrees Celsius and altitudes up to 5000 meters, this usage requires output derating. The unit is 373mm tall, 105mm wide, and 325mm in depth, with airways located on the top and bottom for cooling. Minimum clearances of 40mm in front and 80mm at the top and bottom are recommended.
