The DDS02.1-W100-RS01-01 is a drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DDS series. It is designed to create a compact drive package with AC servo motors and main drives, using a single supply unit-engineered, thanks to the unique DDS modular concept. Such combinations enable the development of rapid-response drives suitable for machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, packaging machinery, and robotics. This product features a heat technology cooling system reducing the heat inside its control cabinet and requires minimal installation efforts. A SERCOS interface software module enables real-time communication with the control section via a fiber optic cable and supports various function inputs. The device has a rated current of 100A, operates at a DC bus voltage of 300V with a ±15% tolerance, and is best suited for motors using the Resolver feedback system. Additional firmware needs to be purchased separately. The device features a DIN 40 050-rated IP 10 control cabinet for protection against penetration of solid objects, however, it does not protect against water jets.
