Black mould that absorbs heat and distributes it evenly; very good caramelisation. High-quality pure platinum silicone: very flexible mould, guaranteed peroxide-free. Withstands temperatures from -40°C to +280°C. Inner surface: smooth texture; natural non-stick and easy turning out. Grease before first use. Baking in traditional oven, microwave oven or bain-marie.
