Alice and Olivier De Moor are winemakers with a cult status in France, growing natural Chardonnay and Aligoté in Chablis that has attained something of a mythical status. Their vin es have been worked organically since 2005 and no sulphur is used in either the vineyard of cellar. Le Même Azimut is a brand new cuvée from the De Moors, a blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Muscat and Pinot Blanc from grapes grown in the village of Emmebuckel, Alsace.
