Your job? Chase the stories, uncover the truth, and decide what the public gets to read tomorrow morning. The twist is that the city itself doesn’t exist yet. Together with 1–4 players (or even solo), you’ll build the city as you play—mapping its districts, shaping its politics, and chronicling the events that define it. Expect steam-powered industry, backroom corruption, rising rebellion, and just enough arcane weirdness to keep the headlines interesting.
