Whether you have been naughty or nice this year these cookies are bound to persuade even the jolliest of skeptics. There are two kinds of people in this world – those who have neve r tried my Great Grandmother’s German Honey Biscuits, and those who are completely addicted to them. Made with (a LOT) of honey sourced from our local beekeeper, these traditional biscuits are made with a delicious mix of spices perfected by my family over generations (don’t ask – I’ll never tell!).
