Deux Cranes is an artisanal chocolate and confectionery company showcasing handcrafted creations made in California by French-trained Chocolatier Michiko Marron-Kibbey. Deux Cranes strives to celebrate the flavors and aesthetics in Japanese and French culinary traditions. The incredible quality of the chocolate sourced from Valrhona, in Tain L’Hermitage, France, and Republica del Cacao with expertise in South and Central American origins, provides the perfect canvas for these creations. Utilizing these couvetures, they mix in and blend Japanese flavors such as matcha, sesame and miso into luscious chocolate bars. The unique signature flavors include Matcha Chocolate with Caramelized Sesame and Milk Chocolate with Ginger, Sesame and Buckwheat. Produced and packaged in the same facility as soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, sesame, and milk products. May contain traces of soy, nuts, milk, and gluten.
