This smooth medium roast is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, which removes caffeine without chem ical solvents while preserving the coffee’s natural character. High in Colombia’s Sierra Nevada, the Rodríguez family has been cultivating this Catuai coffee since 2021 at 1,400 meters above sea level. The high-elevation growing conditions and distinctive terroir of the region help develop the rich, naturally sweet character that remains even after decaffeination. From their family farm in the mountains of Colombia to the careful process used to remove the caffeine, this coffee is treated with intention every step of the way.
