We decaffeinate our coffee using a natural compound derived from sugarcane fermentation. Green coffee beans are steamed to open their pores to make the caffeine extraction easier. Through a process of soaking in EA solution and repeated rinsing, a 97-99% decaffeinated level is achieved and then the beans are steamed again to remove any residual ethyl acetate. Show more
