Our traditionally decaffeinated Colombian coffee, processed through the full washing method and made from the Colombia Castillo coffee varietal, offers a bold and flavorful experie nce at a medium roast. You may miss the caffeine in this offering, but you won't miss out on its body or flavor. This coffee is sun-dried on patios, lending it a unique character. The overall cup is smooth with balanced acidity, and its cupping profile reveals delightful notes of creamy, walnut, and chocolate flavors. There's no doubt that the coffee beans from this region are synonymous with the traditional coffee taste. Show more
