Orange Pekoe grade means fully unfurled, open leaves — producing a more complex, flavourful cup than broken grades. How to Brew Decaf English Breakfast Tea Additionally, use freshly boiled water and allow it to cool for thirty seconds — around 95°C is ideal. This protects the more delicate aromatic notes in the Dimbula leaf. Use one heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for three to four minutes.
