They soon became known for experimental processing and their Sugarcane decaf Condor caught our attention. Grown at 1,450 masl in Fresno, this washed yellow and red caturra blend is decaffeinated nearby at Descafecol in Manizales – a super low carbon footprint in comparison to many decaf coffees from Colombia. El Vergel is our go-to decaf for espresso. Expect caramelised sugar, citrus, and a hint of marzipan.
