You can drink it hot as well, but it really is a hit when you ice it. Ingredients: Ceylon Black Tea, Apple, Hibiscus, Strawberry, Rose Hips, Natural Flavoring Tasting Notes: Fresh Strawberries Iced: 5 Tbsp of tea in a Quart of hot water and 2 Tbsp of sugar Hot: 2 tsp of tea for 8oz water.
