Since decaf is a little more delicate of a bean to roast & doesn't have the same length of time to enjoy those aromatics that people love, we try to roast these in smaller batches more often. Our team has tasted notes of 'Honeycomb Cereal, baking spices, & little ripe blackberry on the very end' If you taste or smell something else, please fell free to share it with us, it might even make it onto the tasting profile description. We've roasted this to more of a 'dark medium' to still retain some of the origins flavour profile, yet giving it a bit more body that people have been asking for. Show more
