The Decathlon Care service plan applies to all DECATHLON bicycles. It provides a two-year maintenance support for the purchased bicycles, including three comprehensive inspections and the provision of warranty certificates. (= 3 maintenances in total) The inspection includes safety inspection, brake and transmission system adjustment, bike chain lubrication and tire pumping service. The regular charge for Decathlon Care services is divided into two categories. The fee for kids & non-disc brake bicycles is HK$200, and the fee for all disc brake bicycles is HK$250. Foodpanda couriers will be given this service for free when purchasing a Decathlon bike in one of our Decathlon stores in person. This maintenance service is available at Decathlon Mong Kok, Sha Tin, Tuen Mun and Tseung Kwan O stores. If you have any enquiries, feel free to contact our Sport Leaders at 5147 3291.
