I love our Tipsy cups but–like most ceramic cups–they do take a lot of space up when you're not using them. If you have a need to store a lot of cups, especially if it's on top of your espresso machine, you might be interested in our new cups: a stackable, durable porcelain model we call Stacky. I wanted to design these cups for two reasons; At cafes I've often witnessed a dangerous pile of latte mugs on top of the espresso machine. They're not all warm, they're precariously heaped, and there aren't that many on there anyway. Our upcoming Bengle model espresso machine has a thermostat controlled cup warmer on top. However, it's also a compact sized machine. I wanted to see how many cups we could store safely, tidily and attractively, on this espresso machine. Turns out, about 20 to 25 Stacky cups.
