Our first Pole Deck Basic Spins & Transitions contains 50 inspiring pole cards with all your favorite basic spins. This deck has been specifically designed to cater to the most nov ice of you. You will find tricks such as fireman, chair, or attitude spin and their variations. To help you with transitions, we have added cards with poses that can be placed in between spins.
