This DECKED Drawer System is engineered for Mercedes Benz Sprinter cargo vans with a 144.3" wheelbase and compatible Dodge and Freightliner Sprinter variants, spanning model years 2007 to current. It’s designed to cradle a short full-size DECKED system, delivering true, shuttle-ready storage that stays organized on every job or adventure. What you get out of the box is a ready-to-roll, low-profile storage solution that keeps tools, hardware, and gear secure and accessible. The system ships with a complete, purpose-built cargo-haul package: (1) D-Box Desert Tan, (1) Crossbox Desert Tan, (1) DRAWERGANIZER, plus a Set of (2) Drawer Dividers. If you’re expanding your setup, you can tailor it further after clicking add to cart by viewing all accessories HERE. Important fit notes ensure you set expectations correctly. This system is intended for cargo vans only and will not fit dual rear-wheel configurations or extended bodies. It’s not validated for vans with a second row of seating, insulated walls, or certain passenger-oriented configurations (including Metris or Sprinter Passenger). If your vehicle has those traits, this DECKED model isn’t the right fit. Durable, purpose-built construction is at the heart of DECKED. The drawers are built from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), delivering a tough, moisture-resistant core that stands up to daily use in harsh environments. The design focuses on practical, real-world utility rather than flashy aesthetics, so you can rely on the system to perform when the clock is ticking and the job site is muddy, dusty, or rain-soaked. Weight and space matter when you’re loading for a day on the job or a weekend away. Here’s what you should know: Payload capacity: 2000 lb evenly distributed across the system, with each drawer handling up to 200 lb. System weight: Approximately 220 lbs, a solid base that won’t shift or rattle with slope, transit, or off-road use. Overall dimensions: Length 64.54", Width 63"–71" (adjustable), Height 12". Drawer specifics: Top-length 61.4", Bottom-length 55.4", Top-width 18", Bottom-width 16.75", Height 8.5", each drawer volume ~5.4 ft³, full extension up to 42" (note: drawers are full-bed-length but do not fully extend due to engineering constraints). Practical, real-world use cases make this system compelling. For technicians and contractors, the DECKED Drawers turn your cargo area into a modular workshop—organizing fasteners, electrical components, hoses, and hand tools within easy reach from either side of the van. For fleet operators, it translates to standardized, repeatable storage that reduces downtime spent rummaging for the right item. For adventurers and overlanders, it frees up interior space while keeping recovery gear, spare parts, and emergency kits neatly separated and protected from the elements. Beyond the drawers themselves, the design integrates seamlessly with bed liners and bed mats commonly used in Sprinter builds. The system is compatible with spray-in bed liners while noting that drop-in plastic liners are not supported, and it’s designed to work with BedRug mats (not with BedRug full liners). This means you can tailor the bed area to your van’s interior finish without sacrificing storage efficiency. If you’re weighing options, DECKED’s approach centers on accessibility, load distribution, and long-term durability rather than volume alone. The combo of two full-length drawers plus the DRAWERGANIZER and included dividers provides modular storage that adapts to a wide range of professions and hobbies. The low-profile footprint keeps the cargo floor clear for quick loading and unloading, while the internal layout minimizes wasted space so every tool or part has a home. Maintenance and care are straightforward. Rinse or wipe down the HDPE surfaces as needed; the material resists moisture and is built to endure exposure to dust, mud, and road grime. For ongoing protection and peace of mind, DECKED offers a limited lifetime warranty on all DECKED products. Warranty details can be found HERE.
