Think about your routine first, how you get up and start your day. The moment we get up, plan the rest of our day. We get ready to work without much thought. You will find that not hing looks attractive except weekends and holidays. Most of us are working at least five days a week and still find that our work is pending forever, we put more effort to complete the work and finish the pile work. Our thoughts are not letting us calm down even for a second and left us with dirty thoughts. We are doing everything possible to keep our lives organized. We have limited options open to us like we party, we go on holidays, we celebrate, we consume alcohol or drugs, yet we are not feeling anything.
