How to do: Temper the chocolate properly, pour it into one of the two cavities, place the second mold on top, and secure it to the other using the chrome tongs. Using circular movements, distribute the chocolate over the surface of both molds. Let it cool, preferably at 19°-23°C, for about 30 minutes before unmolding the whole egg.
