Multi-fired, wheel thrown decorative glaze vessel 13.6" W x 2.2" H Shane began working with clay at the age of sixteen. Through experimentation with various methods of pottery maki ng and painting, he continues to refine his distinct organic style. Shane Norrie pottery has a dedicated base of collectors, patrons and gallery representation, including top galleries throughout the country such as the Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery and the Gardiner Museum of Ceramic Art. His work is included in the permanent collection of the Sanbao Ceramic Art Institute in Jingdezhen, China as well as the collection of the Canadian Embassy in Nagoya, Japan. Show more
