Deep Eddy Peach Vodka 750ML is a 35% ABV (70 proof) flavored vodka from Austin, Texas, made with real peach juice and a corn-based spirit. Rated A- by Good Spirits News, this expression distinguishes itself in the crowded flavored vodka category by using actual fruit juice and pure cane sugar rather than relying on artificial flavorings—a detail that directly shapes its richer, more authentic peach character. Quick Facts: ABV: 35% (70 Proof) | Origin: Austin, Texas | Style: Flavored Vodka | Distillery: Deep Eddy Distilling Co. Production & Heritage Deep Eddy Distilling Co. operates out of Austin, Texas, producing a range of flavored and unflavored vodkas built on a corn-based spirit. The base undergoes column distillation ten times, yielding a notably clean and neutral foundation before real peach juice and pure cane sugar are blended in. This fruit-juice-forward approach sets Deep Eddy Peach apart from competitors that rely solely on natural or artificial flavor extracts, resulting in a more layered and recognizably fruit-driven profile. Tasting Notes Aroma: The nose leads with ripe, almost cooked peach—closer to warm peach cobbler than fresh orchard fruit. Beneath that inviting sweetness sits a subtle mineral quality and soft grain character from the corn-distilled base. Taste: Entry is rich and immediately peach-forward, with an intense stone-fruit sweetness that avoids becoming cloying. At mid-palate the 70-proof backbone asserts itself, lending structure and keeping the sugar in check. The cane sugar integration reads as natural and measured rather than syrupy, letting the fruit do the heavy lifting. Finish: Medium-long, with a distinctive peach note that lingers in what reviewers have described as a "sassy peach slap." The corn spirit fades gently and cleanly, leaving no harsh burn or artificial aftertaste. How to Drink Deep Eddy Peach Chilled and neat or poured over fresh ice is the most direct way to experience the peach flavor at full intensity; a splash of soda water opens it up further without diluting the fruit. In cocktails, a Peach Mule—substituting Deep Eddy Peach for plain vodka in a Moscow Mule—gains a stone-fruit dimension that lifts the ginger beer beautifully. A Peach Bellini variation made with this vodka and dry sparkling wine creates a more spiritous take on the brunch staple. And a simple Peach Lemonade built with fresh lemon juice and light simple syrup is one of the most refreshing warm-weather serves in the flavored vodka playbook.
