Position the patch, embroidered side up, and cover with a cloth or cotton shirt to prevent direct contact between the iron and the patch Apply heat by placing the hot iron on top of the patch, and apply firm and even pressure for about 60 seconds Invert your garment, and apply heat and pressure from behind the patch for another 30 seconds - allow to cool completely before you check for adhesion, wear, or wash your garment.
