This is one of my largest Counted Quilt images. A beautiful fall scene of a deer by the river still made in my easy stripped and pieced method. This deer was requested that the ima ge fully cover a twin size bed, which you can see it does, hanging over the edges nicely, as shown in the green room picture (3rd). The blue room shows how it cover even a queen size bed. Add whatever size borders you want for the appropriate overhang and it could center a queen or even king size bed. Finished size is 66x87 inches Quilt level: Intermediate. Though the process is the same as my beginner quilt patterns, this design has a lot more pieces requiring greater accuracy. Process: Cut fabric yardage into varying size strips, then cross cut into different length rectangle pieces, and label alphabetically. Finally sew the quilt top together piece by piece, row by row.
