Made with the finest vegetable oils and butters, the shampoo bars also have the benefit of minimal packaging – there are no plastic bottles to recycle or throw away. To use the shampoo bar, simply "comb" the bar from the top of your scalp to the bottom several times. Next, work the lather through your hair – you'll be surprised at the amount of lather – and then rinse as usual. If you have regularly used commercial shampoo and conditioner, your hair may have collected chemical conditioners that will tend to weigh your hair down over time. This "buildup" on your hair may take several shampoos to strip off and can initially cause your hair to feel sticky, stiff or just YUCKY!
