Sadly you see concertina topped, barbed wire fences everywhere. There's a building near us that is literaly wrapped in the stuff. Which does make one wonder what could possibly be inside the place. It stuck us there was no way such fencing could ever look anything other than bleak and mildly intimidating. So we went to work on the idea. We softened the harsh edges.
