The shockmount suspensions are adjustable thanks to their sliding construction to accommodate microphones of different lengths. Integrated into the shockmount's design is an XLR connector holder, which keeps the included 3-pin XLR cable from jostling and causing unnecessary noise. The ASM1 mounts to any boom pole with its built-in 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 thread. A hinged 2-prong mount built-in to the shockmount allows for action camera compatible mounting.
