Trimets secure the mesh along the gutter lip, while the profile-specific DEKAFast saddles fasten the Mesh Shield to the roof ribs. This creates a sloping surface over the gutter that helps reduce leaves, twigs and debris entering the gutter while still allowing rainwater to pass through the aluminium mesh.
