Additionally, while project scheduling approaches have been in existence for several decades, consistency in using well-developed techniques is lacking. When a delay occurs, a need arises for schedule analysts who understand how delay principles impact forensic analysis, and most significantly, how delays on and off the critical path impact schedule completion.
